Research Project

The research carried out at LIA OptiNutriBrain focuses on studying the effects of nutrition on the brain under physiological and pathological conditions. The objective of this understanding is to define a nutrition optimized for brain function throughout life to protect against the development of neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative diseases.

Within the LIA, various research, innovation, training and transfer projects in the field of nutrition and brain health are implemented.
